Amberplex is based in the Nashville, Tennessee area. The idea grew from always wanting to start my own business, with much support from my spouse. My wonderful husband and I have three great kids who inspire us every day to become better people, parents, and Christians.

Our store features “Africa’s finest luxury fashion”, products by KEZA. The KEZA name means “beautiful” in their native tongue, Kinyarwanda. KEZA is a “people inspired fashion company”, inspired by the people creating extraordinary fashion goods. Not only are they beautiful; each piece is truly unique. But what really attracted me to this product is the compelling story behind it.

I love wearing KEZA beads not only for their style and beauty, but also because I am empowering the women of Africa not just to survive, but to thrive. I feel honored to be helping other women to take care of their families and help give them something they can believe in and own. With each piece you purchase you also help fulfill their dreams of being in control of their destiny. It is very rewarding to know that with your help, we are making a positive impact in the lives of these remarkable women’s families.

Shipping Information:

Amberplex uses USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx depending on which seems more appropriate for your location. All orders will have delivery confirmation information or tracking numbers emailed to you after your item is shipped. Items are normally shipped out within one business day after your order. We accept payment from PayPal or credit/debit cards through PayPal only. If you don’t have a PayPal account don’t worry, it is still easy to check out with your Visa or MasterCard through PayPal.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our goal and priority is 100% customer satisfaction! Purchases may be returned within 10 business days of the date you received the order (determined by the delivery date), unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). To return an item, email us within 7 business days of receipt of your order at returns@amberplex.com and we will send you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please return the item(s) to:

This address will also be in the email with the RMA number. Any item wished to be returned after 10 business days will be exchanged for store credit only. No returns, exchanges or store credit will be given after 30 days from the delivery date.

Sales Tax:

Since we are based in the Nashville, TN area, we must charge sales tax on all items sold or delivered to Tennessee at the rate of 9.25%. Items delivered outside Tennessee will not be charged sales tax.
